When will my order ship?

Orders are processed in 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

• Australia: 7–15 business days

• International: 10–21 business days

Will I receive tracking?

Yes — tracking is available for most orders and will be emailed once your order ships.

Why is my order shipping from overseas?

To keep Sage&Shore essentials accessible and offer a wider range of products, some items may be fulfilled through trusted global suppliers.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we may be able to help. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we’ll help right away.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — unopened and unused items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items.
